What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact and exhibits enquiry forms:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (if you provide it)
• Company, organization or institute (if you provide it)
• For exhibit enquiries: the product, event and date you describe
• The message you write

We do not ask for financial details, government identifiers, or passwords through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, to consider your interest in working with us, and to stay in touch about that request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your message reaches us

When you submit a form, your details are sent over an encrypted connection to our form service, hosted on Railway. The form service saves them to a private Google Sheet, and sends a notification email to info@brahma3.com through ZeptoMail, an email delivery service run by Zoho. Our mailbox is hosted by Google.

Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and handle your enquiry:

• Railway hosts the website and the form service. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and basic request information when you visit.
• Google stores form submissions in a private Google Sheet, hosts our mailbox, and serves the fonts this site uses. To serve those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic request information.
• Zoho (ZeptoMail) delivers the notification email that tells us a form was submitted.

These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application messages only as long as needed to handle your request and our normal business records, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Write to info@brahma3.com and we will act on reasonable requests.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal details through the forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
