Vision Director
Vijay Rao
Vijay Rao is an accomplished mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, and athlete with over 19 years of experience in engineering design, product development, and leadership. As Vision Director of Li2 Group, he spearheads innovation, aligns teams with the company’s vision, and fosters leadership across the organization.
As co-founder of Brahma3, Vijay led the design of India’s first indigenous desktop 3D printer, the Brahma3 Anvil. His career highlights also include designing one of the largest automatic gearboxes while working with Hindustan Motors.
Beyond engineering, Vijay is a national-level athlete who captained India’s Ultimate Frisbee team in two world championships and co-founded the Airbenders Ultimate Frisbee Club, which has produced a record number of national players. With a passion for empowering individuals, he combines technical expertise and athletic discipline to inspire leadership and innovation.
